Who We Are
We are an Independent Medical Evaluation company that has been providing nationwide IMEs, Peer Reviews and Record Reviews for the past 26 years. All the doctors in our panels are Board certified in their specialties.
We ensure that all New York State Workers’ Compensation Board mandates are strictly adhered to, and all HIPAA rules and regulations are followed.
Med Control Evaluation provides IMEs for Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault and Liability claims for insurance companies, third-party administrators, law firms and self-insured.
What We Do
We credentialize all doctors and they are available to do depositions and testify in court.
The narrative report is received within five days and reviewed to make sure that all needed information is included.
All appointments get confirmed with the Claimant and /or Attorney and Doctor two days before the IME is to take place, so as to minimize no-shows.
All IME requests get answered within 24 hours of receipt and communication with all parties is initiated.
